Welcome to the Ministry to Youth AI Assistant (the "Service"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our Service. By creating an account and using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts & Subscriptions

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use this Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or yearly basis as described at the time of purchase. All payments are handled by our third-party payment processor, Shopify.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws.

You may not use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Your Content: You retain ownership of the prompts and any other content you submit to the Service ("Input").

Generated Content: You own the curriculum, lesson plans, and other content generated by the Service specifically for you based on your Input ("Output").

Our License to Use: To operate and improve the Service, you grant Ministry to Youth a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and analyze your Input and Output. This is solely for the purposes of providing the service, providing technical support, and improving our AI models and product offerings. We will never sell your specific content or make it available to other users.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as-is." While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that the generated content will be free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing all content for theological and factual accuracy before use.

Ministry to Youth will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of the Service.

5. Termination

You can cancel your subscription and stop using the Service at any time.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.
