When you sign up, you get 7 days of full access to Ministry to Youth AI. You can cancel at any time during the trial and you will not be charged. Your paid subscription will begin automatically after 7 days.
If you cancel your monthly subscription, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. For yearly subscriptions, you will retain access until the end of the year you've paid for. We do not offer prorated refunds.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings.
We charge in advance for each billing period. Because you can cancel anytime and we offer a free trial, we do not provide refunds once a payment has been processed.
